So in the look-alike the anchor has a little gem on the anchor itself, that's not there. and the ball on the top has a gem, that's not there either. It is still cute but it is not what I was wanting.

gets caught on things
this belly reverberating looks cute, however be sure to take it out at night. It got caught on my sheets and luckily i woke up before i moved too far...yikes

not too many crystals, justified about right for me! easy to put on and yet it doesn't come off as easily an indication that whenever i'm wearing it, it wouldn't add up to off all by itself

Ok...
It's ok but there's a tune of metal under the diamond and it's too big. It juts out so much it doesn't look natural or real. The picture made it look alot smaller than the diamond but it's not. I use it for my ear but I had bought it for my nose.
