Unproductive Quality Stuff
All 6 pieces were very under par quality. I realize the set cost next to nothing but "you get what you pay for" holds true once again. The clasps had no springs in them. No way to keep them closed. The first - and only - but I tried to use one, the necklace fell off two times before I could leave the house. The company refunded my filthy rich with no problem, but they did manage to get in a dig at my attitude. I was told that "we have sold hundreds of these sets to satisfied customers", so, in concentrate, what's wrong with me? I just don't like to get ripped off. I found a local jeweler who made extenders for me - at a cost of about $10 each, and am much happier.
Clasp on necklace extender is a bit flimsy
I received my body very quickly & I am generally satisfied with the product. Just one quibble -- the hook on a join of the necklace extenders is a bit flimsy & will sometimes remain in the open position after it has been opened & then released. After hooking it onto a necklace, I take oneself to be sympathize that I must look closely to make sure the hook has returned to the "closed" position & several times, I have had to manually effort the thing closed so that the necklace doesn't slip off. In other words, the hook spring apparatus doesn't always work.

This works well!
These necklace and bracelet extentions toil well and are very reasonably priced. Only drawback is if you have a fine chain, the extentions are pretty thick and might be very noticable. They came reasonably right away, also.

Crucial company, horrible product
I ordered this set because of the profit price and 3 different sizes. It arrived very quickly but contained two 1-in and one 4-in, was missing the 2-in. I contacted seller and they without delay sent me out an entire new set that did include the 2-in extender. Wish the quality of this product was as good as their customer repair. Atleast 3 of the clasps have broken after only 1 use. For longer use, open their clasp only once to attach to your necklace and then pick up to use the clasp from your own necklace to open and close the necklace.

Attachment this product! :) Warning though, very delicate!
I bought this yield last year because I had a bracelet I wanted to wear that was a bit too small. Did the job great! However, they're very delicate, so be careful! I think I unexpectedly broke or damaged one of my extenders, but I'm at fault for that, not Serenity Crystals, Inc.! Also, delivery was FAST, which was first of all appreciated, as I needed to be able to wear my bracelet for a concert. ;) Great product, I subscribe to buying these! :)
Mammoth chain extenders
Ive peruse some of the reviews for this product before I bought it and I see why they were complaining about the chains not matching any of there necklaces well thats correct but so what who cares the necklace is going to be at the back of your kneck anyways but other than that these chains do the job and I had mine for over a month a I use it a lot on a juicy fashion design necklace I have and it works great oh and it comes with three chains of different lengths going from dumpy to long and I use the middle one the most

I got a bracelet for a strength and I need an extender but I don't know what the fastener is called. It's not a lobster claw or a pole and fix. it has a flat hook that slides into the other end of the bracelet with a metal loop that hooks over a ball
i don't identify the name but you may have to go to a jeweler - or... if you go to a place that has costume jewelery making 'stuff' dialect mayhap you can find one there....
